Solution Designer (Conversational AI)

Technical Solutions Consultants are the most critical role within the Customer Experience team, responsible for understanding a customer’s existing processes and transforming them into rich, engaging, and functional conversational solutions.

  • 2-4 years work experience (enterprise SaaS industry preferred)
  • Experience in a customer-facing role (enterprise SaaS industry preferred)
  • A curious mind, attention to detail, self-motivated performer
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team to extract best practices and learn on the job
  • Professional demeanor and impeccable written / verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with messaging concepts and ability to create an automated, conversational solution leveraging available documentation from customers

Engagement Manager

What we’re looking for:
Someone who is a self-starter with a desire to tackle the toughest challenges faced by our enterprise customers and is comfortable acting as the face of Pypestream to those customers. An Engagement Manager (EM) is able to wear multiple hats, dissect use cases, think critically and explain complex, technical topics in simple terms to our customers. EMs always have the customer’s best interest in mind and are able to implement Pypestream’s product according to a strict timeline and set of customer expectations, often managing unforeseen requirements and multiple stakeholder groups.

Enterprise Account Manager

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving renewals, expansions and cross-sells across an exceptional portfolio of Enterprise & Mid-Market accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with VP/C-level executives and key decision-makers at Fortune 500 companies.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to identify pain points and opportunities for leveraging chatbots to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and overall business goals.
  • Craft compelling proposals and renewal presentations that showcase the unique value proposition of our Pypestream solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, CX, Marketing and Leadership teams.
